The great news is that War Memorial Park is easily accessible by road – although it’s wise to keep an eye out for any disruption or road closures on your route.
Simply enter the full address into your Sat Nav or Google Maps: War Memorial Park, Kenilworth Road, Coventry, CV3 6GF.
Car parking is available on-site at the cost of £15 per day. Don’t forget to grab your parking pass ahead of time, which you can find here. Blue Badge Holders can park for free, booking a space using the same online parking ticket system.

If you’re cycling to the festival, we have great news for you – there’s free cycle parking available in the event bike park.

What else you need to know about the Godiva Festival in Coventry
Before you set off to join us at the Godiva Festival, here are a few important things to keep in mind – as well as some handy tips on what to pack (and what to leave at home) for a stress-free weekend in Coventry.
Where to go for the after party – Don’t want the night to end? It doesn’t have to at the 147 nightclub. Join your fellow partygoers at one of Coventry’s most popular late-night venues to keep the good times rolling until the early hours of the morning…
Don’t forget your ticket and ID – The festival requires a valid ticket, so don’t forget or misplace it while you’re packing! If you’re lucky enough to be blessed with youth (or the appearance of it), be sure to bring your ID, such as Passport, Driver’s license or official ID that contains the PASS logo to prove you’re over 18.
Bags and food – The policy is strict on this one. Only one bag per person, no bigger than A4 size is permitted on-site, so think twice before pack your largest rucksack. The good news is, bringing food on-site is allowed – so feel free to get snack happy for the late-night munchies – but be aware that it must fit in your bag.
Camping chairs – If comfort is key, you’ll be pleased to know that on Saturday and Sunday, you can bring camping chairs to the festival for the afternoon entertainment. However, these will need to be moved later in the day to allow for more viewing space – and this means that on Friday, they won’t be permitted at all.
No dogs allowed – For their own safety and that of other festivalgoers, dogs are not allowed at the Godiva Festival, unless they’re qualified, trained guide dogs. Other assistance dogs may potentially be permitted – but we recommend contacting the organisers in advance to discuss this.
