Draycote Hotel is set for a strong year where we are unveiling exciting new facilities, new team appointments, and an enhanced events programme designed to maximise both summer trade and festive bookings.

At the forefront of our latest investment is a brand-new 60-seater outdoor patio and Sports Bar, created to capitalise on the busy summer sporting calendar. The space features a standout 4m x 2m screen, which is one of the largest in Warwickshire, and positions us as a prime destination for showcasing live sport, including the FIFA World Cup, F1, Wimbledon, Coventry City’s push for the Premiership, and the 2026 Commonwealth Games. Designed for year-round use, the area includes a Wembley-style retractable roof and glass doors, allowing guests and visitors to enjoy an open-air atmosphere, drive footfall and create a vibrant social hub throughout the summer months.

In addition to our new facilities, we have further strengthened our sales and events team, with the appointment of Sally Meteyard as Assistant Events Sales Manager, working with Sasha Wright who was promoted to Events Sales Manager, earlier this year. The addition to the team highlights our continued focus on growing Draycote’s meetings, events and corporate business, ensuring clients benefit from dedicated sales expertise and seamless event delivery.

Looking ahead to the festive season, we have now launched our Christmas 2026 offering and encourage early bookings from corporate clients. We are delighted to share our early bird incentive available for groups bookings made before July.

Our festive programme includes a range of corporate Christmas party packages, from traditional joiner nights to a new themed experience a ‘James Bond Casino Royale’ corporate evening, combining live entertainment, casino-style tables and a premium event atmosphere.

In addition, we have ongoing investment in our conference facilities, including upgraded audio-visual equipment and enhanced meeting capabilities, such as our new flexible lectern in our Phoenix Room, which is also undergoing transformation. This reinforces Draycote’s commitment to delivering high-quality corporate events year-round.
