09:00 – 10:00 Begin your morning with a guided walking tour of our city centre. Take an hour to wander the historic, cobbled streets surrounding Coventry Cathedral; delve into Coventry’s rich heritage as you uncover our medieval history and fascinating legendary tales.

10:00 – 11:00 Discover 700 years of power and propaganda at St Mary’s Guildhall. This hidden gem is recently restored and home to the magnificent Coventry Tapestry, which along with its spectacular interiors, provides a glimpse into the city’s mediaeval history.

11:00 – 12:00 Immerse yourself in captivating art and fascinating culture at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. With award-winning exhibitions and a packed events programme, the Herbert makes for an entertaining escape for all.

12:00 – 13:30 After working up an appetite, head over to nearby Cathedral Lanes. Not only will you be able to spot our famous statue of Coventry-heroine, Lady Godiva, and our much-loved city clock, dedicated to the legend of Peeping Tom, you’ll be presented with a wealth of food and drink outlets, the perfect place to rest your legs and re-energise.

13:30 – 15:00 Take the short walk to Coventry Transport Museum and revel in the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles in the world, telling the fascinating story of Coventry and its people through the rise and fall of its biggest industry.

15:00 – 16:30 Complete your day at Coventry’s award-winning city centre waterpark, The Wave. Discover six high-octane slides, a fun-packed splash zone, exhilarating Wave Pool and relaxing Lazy River. There’s something for thrill, spill and chill seekers of all ages to enjoy!
