Coventry and Warwickshire Ambassador programme is designed to create a collaborative regional approach to compete through strength of partnerships and create a space for inspiration, where our ambassadors contribute to our strategic aims and daily activity to ensure we work on the key priorities for our venues and partners.
Our ambassadors are experts in their field, drawn from industry and key academic sectors. Their passion and knowledge is valued and listened to and supports the focus of our organisation which drives our world class destination. Together we are stronger and able to deliver greater economic impact, raise the profile of Coventry and Warwickshire and sustain the growth of conferences, events, exhibitions, and meeting spaces.

How can we help?
The Coventry and Birmingham Convention Bureau’s purpose is to promote Coventry and Warwickshire as a leading destination for business events. One of the ways we can do this is to work with you as a Conference Ambassador to attract leading association conferences.
We can offer all the support you need to bid, win and deliver a truly remarkable event. We will work with you from start to finish: from researching the event and submitting a note of interest to finding a venue and bidding for the event, right through to supporting on accommodation booking for delegates and assisting with marketing support.
