CORNER POCKET JAZZ & BLUES CLUB
We are delighted to welcome Pacific Jazz for our July concert. This is a collection of some of the best musicians in UK jazz who will be playing various numbers from their album featuring the music of Benny Goodman, Horace Silver, Dexter Gordon, Shorty Rogers, Jimmy Giuffre, Hammerstein/Rogers and many more.

During the recent covid-restricted times, with public performances out of the question for professional musicians, under the name of Pacific Jazz, these leading figures in UK jazz collaborated to produce an album which they are now able to venture out and play live. The full band line-up is Bryan Corbett (trumpet/flugel),Joe Smith (trombone), Alex Clarke (alto sax), Charlie Wright (tenor sax), Dan Buxton(baritone sax), Al Gurr (piano), Pete Harris (guitar), Tom Hill(bass) and Neil Bullock on drums.
