The Carthusian monks at Charterhouse lived quiet lives of solitude, contemplation and faithful meditation. Join us for 45 minutes of contemplative practice, combining modern neuroscience and traditional meditative techniques, and bring some monastic calm into your day.

Additional Information

The session will be on the ground floor at Charterhouse in a contemplative space with the sounds of nature evoking the sounds of the time when the monks lived here. The session will be led by Helen Campbell, Balance Yoga Coventry
