About

In 1874, a group which included members of the Stoke Cricket Club, took part in the first organised game of Rugby Football to be played in Coventry. Since then, the blue and whites have become one of English rugby’s most storied and historic clubs.

Located in the heart of Coventry, Butts Park Arena is a 4,000-capaicty stadium and has been home to Coventry Rugby Club since 2004. As Coventry’s premier multi-sport hub, tenant clubs include Coventry Bears RL and Coventry United FC, also joined by a host of community teams in using this state-of-the-art pitch.

The stadium has one stand, the XL Motors Stand, which includes a number of popular conferencing, events and banqueting facilities.
