Get into the Easter spirit, medieval style, with this incredibly fun ‘Dragon Egg Quest’ at St Mary’s Guildhall! Search for clues throughout the Guildhall from 1 – 16 April. Think you have what it takes to become a Knight? Join the St Mary’s Knight school on the 5th and 12th April, guided by our resident knight, where you’ll have the chance to train as a knight, learning traditional sword moves, skills and more with this daring Easter holiday activity.
This Easter, why not venture out and discover the lush green spaces of Coventry Cathedral? Take part in an exciting foraging adventure where you can hunt for goodies, solve puzzles, and unleash your creativity with fun crafts. Who knows what surprises you might stumble upon along the way – perhaps even some tasty Easter treats!
Get ready for a fantastic Easter celebration at Broadgate, as the Broadgate Farmyard event takes centre stage on Good Friday and Easter Saturday. The Broadgate Farmyard event promises to be a fun-filled experience that the entire family can enjoy! With an array of free activities on offer, visitors can look forward to gaining a fascinating insight into farm life. The event’s highlight will be the collection of real farm animals, including lambs, sheep, rabbits, chickens, and ducks, which can be petted and observed while being fed. Come and join in on the Easter cheer at Broadgate Farmyard and make some unforgettable memories with your loved ones!

Coventry is home to an array of artisan markets that showcase the talents of local craftsmen and traders. Coombe Abbey’s new monthly Artisan Market will be taking place on easter Sunday and offer a unique shopping experience where visitors can find an eclectic mix of handmade crafts, artisanal foods, and vintage treasures.
On the 1st and 2nd of April, Fargo Village’s Spring Makers Market is back to bring a splash of independent talent and colour to your lives as we head into a new season! History and Heritage
This easter Weavers House will open its doors for a special open day. Explore one of the most historic streets in Coventry, a terrace of six cottages built in 1455 has been brought back to life. One of the cottages has been restored to show how it would have looked in 1540. This shows how John Croke, a Coventry narrow-loom weaver and his family would have lived and worked. You can also see a replica of the loom that he would have used!
Get ready to immerse yourself in Coventry’s rich history as one of its most significant heritage sites, the Charterhouse Heritage Park, is set to open its doors on 1st April. With three historic floors to explore, visitors can look forward to an immersive storytelling experience that will take them on a journey through time. To top it off, there’s a brand-new café bar called ‘Purnell’s at Charterhouse’, perfect for a refreshing break after a day of exploring. We can’t wait to see you at the Charterhouse Heritage Park, where you can discover Coventry’s fascinating past and revel in the beauty of its natural surroundings.
This Easter, meet Dippy the world-famous dino-star in Coventry as it takes up residence at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum. Dippy the dinosaur is a life-size replica of a Diplodocus carnegii skeleton – a 26-metre-long dinosaur that lived 155-145 million years ago. For over 100 years, Dippy has been delighting visitors of all ages at the Natural History Museum in London, and now Coventry families have the chance to discover the Jurassic giant on their doorstep.
